Yes! As a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, all donations made to the VSAA Arts Booster Club or specific art form is tax deductible.

With the passage of the budget reconciliation bill on July 4th, it will be harder for nonprofits like ours to secure funds from wealthy and corporate donors. However, there is a provision that has the potential to strengthen our grassroots fundraising, which is VSAA Booster Club's + each art form’s bread and butter. The 90% of taxpayers who don't itemize will now be able to deduct up to $1,000 (or $2,000 for joint filers) in charitable contributions this year.

Your annual $10 membership and participation strengthens our community, funds the arts, and provides enriching experiences for our students.

Make a single or recurring donation to the VSAA Arts Booster Club to help us cover our operating costs, which includes financial software, licenses, and tax preparation, allowing us to focus on what we do best: fundraising for our art forms!

Make a single or recurring donation to your favorite art form (Band! Dance! Orchestra! Theatre! Visual Arts! Vocal!) to help directors/teachers achieve their art form goals for the year, from offering sessions with guest artists to travel/festival/competition/audition opportunities to replacing or maintaining equipment and instruments.

Many companies offer the incredibly generous benefit of matching donations made by their employees.
