What does VSAA Arts Booster Club do?

We help generate financial assistance to support arts-focused activities that happen beyond day-to-education. This may look like student participation and travel to and from festivals, bringing guest artists into classrooms, field trips, auditions, and equipment.

Teachers are key because they make formal requests via the booster club, which handles financial aspects involved to facilitate fundraisers. We also coordinate support from volunteers who make the fundraisers possible. In addition, the club collects contributions from individual donors and sponsors alike, who have options to contribute to boosters that provide support in general and/or to specific art forms.

Why become a member?

Membership is open to parents, staff, VSAA alumni, and people in the community at-large. Parents who are members have the privilege of voting on booster issues. All members, however, are encouraged to initiate fund-raising initiatives and volunteer to support our efforts.
